The IPCC - Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change- expert group is partly composed with scientists.

The IPCC was established in 1988 by the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) and the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP) weather world and the program for the environment of the United Nations, with the following objective:

"The IPCC mission is to evaluate without bias and methodically, clearly and objectively, the scientific, technical and socio-economic information which are necessary to understand the scientific bases of climate change risks of human origin and specifically identify the possible consequences of this change then consider possible adaptation and mitigation strategies »
